When you are moving, you need to terminate the lease of your current living space. You can terminate the lease here. You must do this at least one calendar month and at most 3 calendar months in advance. Note: it concerns calendar months. For example, if you terminate the lease on September 2, the lease does not end on September 30, but on October 31. If you terminate the lease before September 1, the agreement does end on September 30.
At the end of the lease, you must return your room, studio, or apartment to its original state. During the final inspection, Gruno Rentals will check if this has been done. If it has, you will get your deposit back. Additionally, it is possible that you may receive or have to pay money during the final settlement of service charges. This final settlement takes place in June of the following year.
