Rent Procedure

If you want to rent a room, apartment, or, for example, a studio, you can search for a living space in the rental offer. The viewings are completely free. However, we do a screening in advance. This means we want to know if you are a student or not, if you have a job, and if you are at least 18 years old. Not yet 18? Then we need permission from a parent or guardian before we can enter into a rental agreement with you.

At Gruno Rentals, we do not charge any mediation fees. In fact, it is legally prohibited. Unless you ask a landlord to find a living space for you that is not listed in the rental offer. You can read more about it here.
