Rent Arrears

The rent is an advance payment that you must pay no later than the last day of the previous month. For example, if you want to pay the rent for October, you must do so by September 30 at the latest. If you do not pay the rent on time, Gruno Rentals will send you a reminder. If you still have rental arrears after that, you will receive a warning.

If there is still no response, a collection agency will be engaged. The costs involved will be charged to you. If they also do not receive payment, they will start legal proceedings. Additionally, a bailiff will be engaged, who can, for example, seize your belongings. After three months of rental arrears, the rental agreement will be terminated, and you will still be responsible for all costs.
