Delivery of the Property

When the lease has ended, Gruno Rentals will come by for a recording session. Photos will be taken at this time, which will be used in the advertisement for the search for a new tenant. Additionally, Gruno Rentals will tell you during this recording session how you need to return your room, studio, or apartment in order to get your deposit back. During the final inspection, Gruno Rentals will check if you have met all the conditions. The checklist used for this can be found in the tenant portal.

Returning your living space to its original state means that there are no more nails in the wall and all holes are filled. It also means that any damages to ceilings, window frames, and walls have been repaired. Additionally, the walls need to be painted back to the original color. It is also important that you leave the living space and any outdoor areas clean. So make sure to vacuum the house before the final inspection takes place, and don't forget to clean the refrigerator and bathroom. If you haven't done all this, Gruno Rentals will charge you for the costs incurred for cleaning and/or maintenance and/or repairs.
